Payments and Refunds Policy

Cancellation Policy

  • You can cancel your reservation for a full refund up to 7 days before your arrival date.
  • If you cancel between 7 and 2 days before your arrival, you’ll receive a 50% refund.
  • Unfortunately, cancellations made within 2 days of your arrival date are not eligible for a refund.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your cancellation request.
  • The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for booking.

Non-Refundable Items

Please note that certain items and services may be non-refundable, including:

  • Personalized or customized goods
  • Goods that are not suitable for return due to hygiene or health reasons
  • Perishable goods
  • Gift certificates

Return Shipping

If you need to return a physical item, you are responsible for the shipping costs and any potential damage or loss during transit. We recommend using insured and trackable shipping.

Gifts

If the booking was a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
